General conditions of use.

Delivery times & costs

Delivery times are given as an indication as mentioned by our transport services La Poste, Mondial Relay. For a Mondial relay shipment it takes 4 to 5 days while for a colissimo it takes 2 to 3 days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method and delivery area as well as the weight.

The package will be delivered to a letterbox for Colissimo, and to a relay point for orders chosen via Mondial Relay.
DELIVERY Issues
